52 - A National Prayer Strategy
The strategy for Root 52 encompasses all 50 states standing together in covenant
both to fast and pray in agreement during the first two weeks of 2010 for our
national leadership and national governmental structure. We will then move
forward each week with individual states continuing to bow in repentance before
God and taking up the torch of prayer and fasting until we complete 52 weeks,
equaling 1 year. (50 states plus 2 weeks for government leadership).
The first week of the year began corporately with all 50 states mobilized
and joined together in prayer and fasting for our nation's leadership
in the White House: President Barrack Obama and Vice President
Biden, their wives and families, the Cabinet members, as well as the
many Czars, as they are
part of the whole (team). (See List of White House Czars and White
House Cabinet Members)
The second week we continued to pray and fast corporately for the
Judicial, Legislative and Executive branches of our government.
(See Supreme Court Members) .
During these first two weeks, we prayed over and made decrees from
the Preamble to the United States Constitution and the United States
Constitution itself. We also "declared" from the Declaration
of Independence and pledge our nation to be "one nation under God".

The third week began with the state of Delaware--the first state
that entered the Union--taking its place to stand in the gap to
fast and pray corporately within their state for seven days. During this
week
of prayer and fasting, there was a focus on their government leadership,
seven mountains, founding documents, prophetic words, and covenental
roots.
The fourth week was led by the state of Pennsylvania; the second
state to enter the union. Each state in the union will do the same
and we will continue to pass the call from state to state in the
sequence that they came to form the United States of America
until we complete
the entire year. The pattern will continue in like manner that
it was

In Hebrew, the United States is translated Artzot Ha-Brit, which
means "lands of covenant". If we will covenant together as
the body of Christ, we have an opportunity to turn this battle
at the gates. As the United States of America, we've all heard the motto, "united
we stand and divided we fall." We believe that as the call goes
out and the praying church arises, uniting in heart and purpose,
that we will stand strong. As a result, we will see the walls of deception,
seduction, lies and rhetoric come down like those of Jericho. Something
needs to change and we trust you agree. We know the Lord is faithful
and he has a plan for good and not for evil; to give us a hope
and a
future and an expected end.
We see a remnant arising. There is a triumphant reserve. There
are those who recognize it is no longer "business as usual" and
the grass roots movement is feeling the wind of resurrection blowing.
If we will take our place in repentance, bowing low before God
in humility with fervent prayer and fasting, seeking God's face and his
heart towards
our nation, we believe that united with God and one another, a
nation can be shifted.
Apostle Dutch Sheets said that its time to altar a nation. Elijah,
led by the spirit of God, rebuilt the altar that had been torn
down in the nation through the seduction, control, intimidation,
lies and unrighteous
political alignment with Jezebel--a covenant breaking spirit. Even
as Elijah used twelve stones to rebuild the altar of God, representing
the
12 tribes, we too can stand on the principle that we have 50 stones/states
as an offering to build and to re-altar this nation and turn it
back to God.
ROOT 52 – MASSACHUSETTS (MA)
Friday February 19th through Friday February 26th, 2010
Massachusetts is the tribe of the Triumphant Reserve called, Roaring
Fearless Troops (of the Lord )
Exodus 23:20-32
v. 29 “I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest
the land become desolate and the beasts of the field become too numerous
for you.
v.30 “Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until
you have increased, and you inherit the land.”
We believe that’s exactly what is happening in MA – little by little
we are beginning to gain back the land for Jesus. Our capital, Boston, was not
centered around Jesus Christ but , “Every man did what which was right
in his own eyes.” Judges 21:25
Let ‘s Roar over Massachusetts and our Nation Together!
Massachusetts History
Massachusetts is the womb, the mother of our nation.She has a history and heritage
like none other. Both good and evil established roots in Massachusetts. For those
evil roots, we must repent. Therefore, we thank God for this time to make things
right, so that He might have mercy on us and establish us as the city on a hill,
a great light of the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
Massachusetts takes its name from the Massachusett tribe of Native
Americans, who lived in the Great Blue Hill region, south of
Boston. Massachusetts, like
Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Kentucky, is called a "Commonwealth". Commonwealths
are states, but the reverse is not true. Legally, Massachusetts is a commonwealth
because the term is contained in the Constitution. In the era leading to 1780,
when the state Constitution was ratified, a popular term for a whole body of
people constituting a nation or state was the word "Commonwealth."
The original Massachusetts seal bears the (Macedonian/Corinthian)
call from Paul’s
dream in I Corinthians 16:9b; “come over and help us”. In 1629, King
Charles I granted a charter to the Massachusetts Bay Colony, which included the
authority to use a seal. It featured an Indian holding an arrow pointed down
in a gesture of peace, with the words "Come over and help us," emphasizing
the missionary and commercial intentions of the original colonists. This seal
was used until 1686, shortly after the charter was annulled, and again from 1689-1692.
We still echo that cry today. We need the prayers and help of our brothers and
sisters across this nation, and, the world.
1614: John Smith named the Maine and Massachusetts Bay areas, New England with
the approval of Prince Charles.
Massachusetts: PREAMBLE
The end of the institution, maintenance, and administration of
government is to secure the existence of the body-politic, to protect
it, and to furnish the
individuals who compose it with the power of enjoying, in safety and tranquillity,
their natural rights and the blessings of life; and whenever these great objects
are not obtained the people have a right to alter the government, and to take
measures necessary for their safety, prosperity, and happiness. The body politic
is formed by a voluntary association of individuals; it is a social compact by
which the whole people covenants with each citizen and each citizen with the
whole people that all shall be governed by certain laws for the common good.
It is the duty of the people, therefore, in framing a constitution of government,
to provide for an equitable mode of making laws, as well as for an impartial
interpretation and a faithful execution of them; that every man may, at all times,
find his security in them.
We, therefore, the people of Massachusetts, acknowledging, with grateful hearts,
the goodness of the great Legislator of the universe, in affording us, in the
course of His providence, an opportunity, deliberately and peaceably, without
fraud, violence, or surprise, of entering into an original, explicit, and solemn
compact with each other, and of forming a new constitution of civil government
for ourselves and posterity; and devoutly imploring His direction in so interesting
a design, do agree upon, ordain, and establish the following declaration of rights
and frame of government as the constitution of the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Note: We are not sure of just who these writers considered to be
the great Legislator of the universe, since it bears resemblance
to Masonic language, and since some
of the writers were indeed Freemasons, so we therefore declare that The Great
Legislator and Judge of the universe to be our God, and we ask forgiveness if
the original intent was to slyly imply any other god.
1) The original Puritans aka Pilgrims aka “the godly” .
a. The “Pilgrims” were working class and, the first group to leave
England to Holland for religious freedom, but didn’t want to raise their
children as Dutch, and in turn moved to America to establish their own colony.
They settled in Plymouth and lived amicably with the Native Americans.
b. We believe this group “the godly”, were those who came to fulfill
Gods destiny for this Nation. They however, were not without flaw, and brought
alcohol with them.
c. They didn’t want to be identified with the Puritans. They believed they
should be purified from the Church of England and all cultural characteristics
of that institution.
1606 Scrooby Covenant- The covenant made by William Bradford and Co. (“As
ye Lord’s free people joined themselves by a covenant of the Lord into
a church estate, in ye fellowship of ye gospel, to walk in all his ways, made
known or to be made known to them according to their best endeavor, whatever
it should cost them, the Lord assisting them.”) became the covenant that
would eventually be the spiritual birth certificate of America.
1620: Charter of New England-Mayflower Compact
1621: John Carver became the 1st governor of Plymouth
1621: William Bradford became 2nd governor of Plymouth the same
year
2) 2nd group of Puritans
a. People seem to lump together all 3 groups mentioned. This 2nd
group whose leader was John Winthrop (the more affluent and educated
people who identified
with high church culture, professional clergy, and English political philosophy)
b. They came and established the Massachusetts Bay area/Boston and John Winthrop
(Arabella) became the first governor of MA in England, prior to landing in America.
c. John Winthrop prior to coming to America said the colony’s land was
taken from Native American with Winthrop’s excuse that the native hadn’t “subdued” the
land and thus had no “civil right” to it. “But for the native
in these parts, God hath so pursued them, as for 300 miles (480 km) space the
greatest part of them are swept away by small pox which still continues among
them. So as God hath thereby cleared our title to this place, those who remain
in these parts, being in all not 50, have put themselves under our protection.”
3.) “Founding Fathers”- formers of the republic and framers
of the
Constitution
a. The Founding Fathers as Revolutionaries, identified the following seven figures
as the key founding fathers: Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, John Adams,
Thomas Jefferson, John Jay, James Madison, and Alexander Hamilton.
b. All except Alexander Hamilton were Freemasons and Sons of Liberty.
c. Also included in this group are Paul Revere, Samuel Adams, Otis etc. Charles
Thomson, Haym Solomon, Thomas Young, Paul Revere, Joseph Warren, Benjamin Edes,
Alexander McDougall, Patrick Henry, John Hancock, Isaac Sears, John Lamb, James
Otis, Marinus Willett, John Adams, and his second cousin, Samuel Adams, who was
a leader of the New England resistance, and Silas Downer
d. We believe the second group of puritans opened the door for corruption, sin
and religious heresy. This breach allowed the “founding fathers” to
defile Gods original plan for New England.
e. The “Founding Fathers” may have certainly mixed Christianity with
their Freemason beliefs.
The creators of the MA constitution were John Adams, Samuel Adams & James
Bowdoin John Adams & Samuel Adams were Puritans, Freemasons & Sons of
Liberty John Adams didn’t believe in the divinity of Jesus but admired
Jesus’ teachings & distrusted religious hierarchies. John Adams was
the principal writer of the MA Constitution.
For these things Lord, we repent.
A Prophetic Word for Massachusetts

“
We must develop watchman strategy in this State where the house is being watched
after, and watching after leadership and the House of God (not the State and
the city) because of righteous seed in the house that have the seed to dethrone
the enemy. I’m calling my people to watch after my house in this State
and to rally my house together so my house is watching and being watched after.
If you begin to move in that, I will give you authority to remove a structure
that is ruling in this State’ at a particular place of choice in this State.
(You will have ) more influence – enough is enough. I’m changing
the atmosphere. I’ll show you how to follow into the next place of provision
when the dry up comes. I’ll show you how to have a full faith to move forward
so you can win this war. Know how to sidestep the enemy’s confusion and
plan and keep moving; break the spirit of defeat off of us. We come back toward
the covenant you have established; we work back toward the agreement you have
with us and anything seated stopping a fullness of your covenant blessing from
coming in. We put you on notice; you will be dethroned in Jesus’ Name. “ Prayer:
Father, watch after your house, leaders, escorts in this region; surround your
house that we might stand in new anointing and overthrow the thrones of iniquity
in this State.
“
I have gathered you in this place this night to create a sound of conflict throughout
this city and State – releasing that sound of conflict now – even
though the enemy has home field advantage – there is a shout of victory
that is creating confusion in the enemy’s camp that is being released tonight.
It only appears that the enemy of my covenant is winning – there is a roar
that is greater than the roar of the devourer, that is rooted in this particular
city (Boston). That roar is rising; that roar is gaining strength and the other
49 (states) are beginning to roar with you, says the Lord. The call from my house
in this city, that is extended to this entire nation – and when the call
is heard, will be like the shot heard round the world – for I say there
is a sound of conflict on my covenant that has arisen in this place tonight.
The enemy has a voice that will sound loud over the next six months – (he)
will should “treason, treason”, from this State, but shout from My
House will cause the shout of treason to fall to the ground. Let the conflict
begin! The voice of my people will be heard louder than the voice of the enemy
in this State. There is one in this State in your midst that will fall, another
that rises up – do not look at falling and rising, but watch my hand begin
to move because it will be a sign to this land that I have come to put some down,
rise others up to restructure justice in this land.”

Arts & Entertainment
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
2. Intercede, decree and declare:
a. “Hollywood East” in Plymouth, MA (Plymouth Rock Studios) begin
to rise highly in the mountain and church out wholesome, family friendly films
that become the appeal of the masses and have a neutralizing effect on films
steeped in the death culture (occult, vampire, witchcraft, murder, mayhem etc.).
b. Museums of art and sciences in our state curb the collecting of demonic
artifacts, idols, exhibitions and the like, and begin to focus on things
of beauty and even
proofs of Jesus’ existence. That these dark objects lose their demonic
drawing power and attraction.
c. Raising up of Christian worship bands, dancers, artists, musicians, singers,
comediennes, restaurants, businesses with a focus on the arts (and not necessarily
always with a religious focus). Bus that these young and old Jesus lovers
would begin to “prophesy life” through their art form, whatever it is – drawing
attention and favor to it and away from the those which prophesy death.
d. “Banned in Boston” come back into effect, even extending it to “Banned
in MA”. "Banned in Boston" was a phrase employed from the late
19th century through the mid-20th century to describe a literary work, motion
picture, or play prohibited from distribution or exhibition in Boston, Massachusetts.
During this period, Boston officials had wide authority to ban works featuring "objectionable" content,
and often banned works with sexual or foul language. For a closing of the portals
of evil that allowed the production and exportation of fowl, objectionable and
sexually inappropriate content.
Day 2 – Saturday 2/20
Family
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
2. Repent and pray for;
o opening the door to wider acceptance of homosexuality through our liberal
vote being first state in the Nation to allow homosexual “marriages”,
which leads to a free reign for the spirit of perversion and contributes
to the breakdown of families. Pray for those caught in the grip of perversion
to come
out and be free. (ps – we’re the ones to reach them with deliverance
and love). not standing up when a 6% or less minority began to dictate perversion
to our society through twisted “tolerance” messages and other
means, while the Church slept and/or bowed in fear. Pray for the continued
awakening and rising
of the Roaring Fearless Troop; the Triumphant Reserve in Massachusetts.
o the abuses both sexual and physical done to our fellow man, children, and
spouses and for the 2000-3000+ foster children in MA without appropriate
parents or homes.
o The murder rate in 2008 in MA was 167, and although decreasing, unacceptable.
Pray against this spirit of murder, sustaining the Edomite curse.
o Abortions: In MA in 2005 27, 270 babies blood was shed at the feet of Baal & Molech.
Shedding of innocent blood defiles the land. Divorce Baal and ask God to cleanse
our land. Pray for reversal of Roe v. Wade this year. Pray for women and men
to begin to value life and choose life instead of death. Pray this spiritual
side of the abortion message be heard in MA and across the nation. (Baal divorcement:

o Repent for divorce rates among conservative Christians were significantly
higher than for other faith groups, and much higher than Atheists and Agnostics
experience,
according to findings from the Barna Research Group.
o for the strengthening of marriages and for healing of men and women so
they can sustain a healthy marriage.
o for our youth, and the Christian youth movements and church groups; that
our children be set on fire and do great exploits for the king , knowing
who they
are, what their purpose is and rising high in the 7 mountains! (JHOP, YWAM,
Youth Storm, Harvard Awakening, college campus ministries and others).
Day 3 – Sunday 2/21
Religion/Church
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
o Pray according to prophetic word from 50 State Tour.
o Repent for opening the door to religious heresy (which brought us away
from God) through the Puritans.
o Repent for building empires instead of the Kingdom in our churches
o for unity in the Body of Christ and tearing down of strongholds which cause
disunity
o for the churches and pastors, and other leaders across our State
o for cleansing of the sin in the Body of Christ across Massachusetts
Day Monday - 2/22
Business
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
We repent for;
o Our greed: News reports stated it was Boston (MA) and the Federal Reserve
Bank’s
moves, under Benjamin “Ben” Shalom Bernake, appointed in 2006 by
George W. Bush, that tipped the collapse of a global housing bubble, which peaked
in the U.S. in 2006, caused the values of securities tied to real estate pricing
to plummet thereafter, damaging financial institutions globally.
o Pray for the continued upturn in giving in MA, and the breaking of poverty
and greed: The Catalogue for Charitable Giving reports, Massachusetts charitable
giving has been dramatically improving since 1997. After a period of relative
stability, from 1991-96, when the IRS state summaries began, Massachusetts
giving suddenly jumped upward, and doubled (up 96.5%) in only four years—the fastest
rate of increase in the nation, and significantly ahead of the second-place state
(Colorado, at 80.7%).”
o 2. Pray for Christian owned businesses to prosper, thrive and overtake
the market share; for the owners to come to a knowledge of Kingdom and see
their
wealth as a means to support Kingdom ventures of The King. (name those you
know)
o Pray that 100% of Christians in churches n MA will begin to tithe and give
offerings, so their prosperity and wealth will increase.
o Pray that businesses in general would begin to fund righteous causes and
the favor to fund unrighteous causes would fall into disfavor; that the result
of
funding unrighteous causes would cause a significant drop in profits and
it would be evident to company owners.
Day 5 – Tuesday 2/23
Government
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
o Repent for the open door of rebellion and independence (lawlessness) against
Great Britain (ex. Liberty Trees, Sons of Liberty, Boston tea party, Declaration
of Independence). Declare Amos 5:24 “Let justice roll on like a river and
righteousness like a never ending stream.”
Massachusetts Relations with Israel:
In 1987, Gov. Michael Dukakis created the Massachusetts-Israel
Exchange (MIX) to foster cooperation and enhance trade and joint ventures
between the two
states.
Many states have recognized the opportunity for realizing significant benefits
by seeking to increase trade with Israel. Massachusetts is one of the 22
states that have cooperative agreements with Israel.
Let Rep. Michele Bachmann’s insight and declaration, be upon our
government leaders in MA. (Thank you Minnesota) Rep. Bachman: “If
the United States fails to stand with Israel, that is the end of the
United States” (reported
February 11, 2010). She met with the Republican Jewish Coalition in Los Angeles
(the RJC is the national political group that recently hired former Sen.
Norm Coleman).
About Prime Minister Netanyahu: He knows Massachusetts well. His
undergraduate and graduate degrees are from Boston’s MIT and
he also studied at nearby Harvard before spending several years working
in the area. Some have said that
his beautiful English contains a touch of a Boston accent. As ever, Israelis
were watching the Massachusetts race along with Americans. Whatever impact
it has on health care, Republican Scott Brown’s upset win can
also affect
the Jewish state and the U.S.-Israel relationship. About Senator Scot Brown:
o “He appreciates the enduring value of the US special relationship with
Israel, America's democratic ally in the Middle east.
o He deplores the Mullah's and President Ahmadinejad's ultimate objective
of their nuclear project - the genocidal Jihad against Israel.
o He defends Israel's right to self defense.
o He derides the UN Goldstone Report on Operation Cast Lead in Gaza not recognizing
Israel's measured reaction to thousands of rocket attacks by Hamass and Palestinian
Islamic Jihad.
o However, he doesn't quite get it about the faltering non-existent two state
peace process.
o Let’s pray that he “gets it”.
Note: My (Linda) Pastor, Raffoul Najem , and Kris Mineau, MA Family Institute’s
director, had a chance to pray and share for an hour, with Scott Brown after
his election. Please pray for Scott Brown’s salvation and that he be kept
from influence of witchcraft in Washington. His election was a “shot heard
round the world” and he can be used as a tipping point for America to turn
back toward righteousness. His election marked God’s shift for Massachusetts!
Interesting side note: Sen.-elect Scott Brown of Massachusetts and President
Barack Obama are tenth cousins (on their mother’s side), according to the
New England Historic Genealogical Society .
o Call for the removal of those in MA Government who rule un-righteously.
Day 6 – Wednesday 2/24
Education
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
Boston Latin School is the oldest school in America. It was founded April
23, 1635 by the Town of Boston (see Footnotes), antedating Harvard College
by more
than a year. The curriculum of the school is centered in the humanities,
its founders sharing with the ancient Greeks the belief that the only good
things
are the goods of the soul. Edmund Burke referred to America as exemplifying
the "dissidence
of dissent." From its beginning, Boston Latin School has taught its scholars
dissent with responsibility and has persistently encouraged such dissent.
o Repent for the re-enforcement of the open the door to humanism (intellectualism)
in this nation through Harvard University. Harvard was founded in 1636 by
the Puritans (brought religious heresy into the roots of the founding of
our nation
and government – most were Freemasons and brought mixture or syncretism – some
not believing in Jesus Christ at all)
Although many of its early graduates became ministers in Puritan
congregations throughout New England, the College was never formally
affiliated with a
specific religious denomination. An early brochure, published in 1643, justified
the
College's existence: "To advance Learning and perpetuate it to Posterity;
dreading to leave an illiterate Ministry to the Churches." They were
more concerned that the ministers become literate than if they were serving
Jesus.
o Pray for the many hundreds of colleges and universities and the multiplied
thousands of students who come from all over the world to attend schools
in Massachusetts; that they find Jesus Christ and return home with Christ
firmly
rooted in their
hearts. Day 7 – Thursday 2/25
Media
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
o Establishing bad news in media
The first widely known acts of the Sons took place on August 14, 1765, when
an effigy of Andrew Oliver (who was to be commissioned Distributor of Stamps
for
Massachusetts) was found hanging in a tree on Newbury street, along with
a large boot with a devil climbing out of it. The boot was a play on the
name
of the
Earl of Bute and the whole display was intended to establish an evil connection
between Oliver and the Stamp Act. By the end of that year the Sons of Liberty
existed inevery colony. The sons of Liberty and the Liberty Trees (relatives
of Maypoles and Ashera poles) were rebels and cropped up in every colony.
This terrorist act was published in the earliest newspaper – thus establishing
a root of “bad news” in media in Massachusetts. There is still a
re-capping ceremony of the pole each year in Bedford MA.
o Massachusetts news, media, magazines and journalists. Pray for righteous
media outlets and journalists to arise and report the whole truth – as well as
the Christian view.
Day 8 – Friday 2/26
Other Issues
Repent, declare and pray:
1. Declare the Proclamation
o Expose and confront witchcraft and the occult.
o For exposure and pulling down of the “strong witchcraft” prophesied
by Wendy Alec on GodTV a few years back, and echoed by others.
o Ports, gates, bridges, and coastal waterways.
o Logan International Airport
o 2 major bridges leading in and out of Boston are; Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial
Bridge and the Tobin Bridge.
Note: Boston has a thriving port. As one of the most modern
and efficient container ports in the U.S. Pray for safety as Yemen ships
have been approved to enter our port: Opponents of the plan worry that terrorists
could board the ships as stowaways and potentially ignite the flammable gas,
though the company importing the LNG, Distrigas of Massachusetts, disputes
the risk. Distrigas has signed a 20-year contract with a Yemeni supplier
and
expects
to bring in up to 30 shipments a year to its Everett facility.
o Confront Islamic terrorism and declare blessing & freedom to Muslim
people.
o Military bases
There are currently 3 active military installations in Massachusetts.

o Hanscom Air Force Base - west of Lexington
o Westover Air Reserve Base – Chicopee
Coast Guard
o USCG Sector Boston
o Utilities – around 500 energy plants in each county of Massachusetts
